About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our commercial growth in the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding our agency network, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Egyptian market.
• Identify and acquire new travel agency partners.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Work closely with support, operations, and supplier teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of B2B travel distribution and online booking systems.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel when required.
