Sales development representative (Cold caller) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to IT decision-makers, including IT Managers, Heads of IT, and Procurement professionals.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to IT managers and other key decision-makers
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers within target markets
• Clearly communicate our value proposition as an IT reseller (hardware, software, licensing, services)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to Account Managers
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
   

Desirable

• Experience selling IT products/services or working for a reseller
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or software licensing
