Create opportunities in the CRM system and assign them to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up and tracking.
Collect monthly forecasts from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Register end-users and companies in the CRM system maintaining accurate records.
Facilitate vendor registration processes, both through forms and online portals, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Provide support to the sales team in various sales-related tasks, including but not limited to order processing, quotation preparation, and customer inquiries.
Assist in organizing marketing events such as exhibitions, trainings, and other sales-related activities, contributing to the overall success of the events.
Assist customers with their inquiries via phone calls, appropriately filtering and assigning accounts as necessary for follow-up by the sales team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in MS Office and other related tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Basic 1 year experience in sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
