Sales B2B Full Time

Work Location:

Iraq – Baghdad

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire long-term rental contracts with companies, institutions, embassies, and local/international organizations.
• Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities to expand the potential client database.
• Conduct regular field visits to current and prospective clients to strengthen business relationships and identify their needs.
• Follow up on tenders and requests for proposals related to car rental services and prepare the required documentation.
• Present business proposals and contracts to new clients and coordinate implementation with the relevant departments.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms in line with the company’s profitability objectives.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide recommendations to management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets according to the approved business plan.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Fleet departments to ensure vehicle availability and timely service delivery.
• Follow up on clients’ outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients to ensure customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare business proposals and manage contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the car rental or service industry is preferred.
