We’re Hiring Across the Gulf: Sales Associates — Motorcycles & Rider Accessories

[Company name] is a leading motorcycle gear and spare-parts group expanding across the GCC. As we grow — including new operations in Kuwait and a strengthening team in Qatar — we’re looking for driven Sales Associates in Dubai, Doha, and Kuwait City who can match great product knowledge with great customer service.

What you’ll do

• Guide customers through our proven sales process across a wide range of motorcycles and rider accessories.
• Track and follow up on sales prospects diligently.
• Manage transactions to ensure a smooth, positive buying experience.
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Schedule appointments and follow up promptly on confirmed bookings.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with phone and computer use; POS or CRM experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in motorcycles, power-sports, or retail sales is preferred.
• Spoken Arabic alongside English is a strong advantage — especially for our Qatar and Kuwait roles.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to outstanding service.
• A valid local motorcycle licence is preferred (or a genuine willingness to obtain one).
• The right to work in, or be based in, the country you’re applying for.
