Sales Associate (100% Commission-Only) – Remote Full Time NEW

Earn ~$55–$945+ per deal. 15% commission on every project you close. We build websites in 10 days. You get paid within 5 days of client payment.

We’re two founders who listen and adapt fast. We need driven people on the ground, in multiple markets, to bring us into local business communities and tell us what’s really happening.

What you’ll do

• Find businesses with outdated websites or no site at all. Cold calls, in-person visits, your own network, or leads we share—you decide the approach.
• Start conversations in English or your local language.
• Represent Lead Labs honestly, using our simple deck and one-pager. You’re free to experiment with your own techniques as long as they stay accurate and professional.
• Log key interactions—It’s how we learn which markets to serve and how to improve.
• Share feedback and discoveries regularly so we can refine pricing, positioning, and the product itself.

What you earn

15% commission on every project you close, paid within 5 business days of client payment.

Earnings vary by market because our pricing is localized.

6-month review: Consistent performers can discuss a commission increase.

Residual: 5% on any future work from your clients for 12 months.

We’ll share some potential leads. You’re also free to source your own. Both pay the same rate.

Your actual commission per deal depends on the pricing in your specific market.

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. You control your schedule, pipeline, and income.

Who you are

• Comfortable cold calling and walking into a business when that’s the best approach.
• You already know business owners, freelancers, or local service providers in your area and can talk to them without burning trust.
• Fluent in English and/or your local language.
• Tech-savvy, with your own laptop/PC.
• Clear, professional communicator.
• Previous sales experience is welcome, not required. Drive, curiosity, and a willingness to test what works matters more.
• You’re willing to log activity and share insights because you understand that a better product is built on real field intelligence.

What we ask

• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and NDA before you start.
• Do not represent a competing web development or digital agency while working with Lead Labs.
• Represent Lead Labs professionally & accurately.

Important

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. No base salary, no benefits, no employment relationship. Compensation is entirely based on successful client referrals.
