We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales & Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical assessments and inspections on equipment and machinery to ensure reliability and safety.
• Manage sales activities for products and services related to cement plant machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide complete service and maintenance solutions.
• Interpret mechanical drawings to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and responsive support to clients, addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth through technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the heavy industry, with a preference for candidates experienced in Cement and Mining.

• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, including maintenance, installation, and commissioning, with experience in either raw material conveying systems or packing machines. Prior sales experience is an advantage.

• Leadership skills to lead and supervise a maintenance team.
• Ability to work in challenging environments, including dusty or remote locations
• Proficient in reading and analyzing mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of business transactions and procurement cycles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including continuous travel as required by the role.
