Role Description

The Sales and Operations Officer will manage the day-to-day operational and sales activities to ensure the smooth running of CheckPoint’s business. Core responsibilities include overseeing operations workflow, managing inventory, analyzing sales performance, and supporting customer engagement. The individual will also contribute to financial reporting, vendor management, and overall process optimization. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Amman, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members effectively
• Proven proficiency in Operations Management and process optimization to ensure efficient workflows and inventory handling
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, setting goals, and identifying trends
• Basic Finance knowledge, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
