2. Position Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Representative – Professional Tools & Testing Instruments to support business development in Saudi Arabia.
This is a flexible, part-time cooperation role designed for professionals who already have local customer resources, industry exposure, distributor connections, or project opportunities in sectors such as power utilities, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, facility management, or technical service industries.
The role focuses on developing business opportunities related to professional tools and testing instruments, including electric tools, pneumatic tools, high-voltage insulated tools, anti-magnetic and explosion-proof tool series, power system testing instruments, environmental testing instruments, and other specialized tools for industrial and engineering applications.
This is not a simple hardware retail sales role. We are looking for someone who can understand customer application scenarios, identify professional tool and instrument needs, connect local demand with SolutionMall’s product resources, and help move business opportunities forward commercially.

Introduce SolutionMall’s professional tools and testing instrument resources, including but not limited to:
Understand customer requirements and help match them with suitable product categories, specifications, safety standards, and application scenarios.
Assist customers in clarifying product needs, including tool type, voltage level, working environment, safety requirements, measurement range, accuracy requirements, certification needs, delivery expectations, and after-sales support requirements.
Support communication related to product documentation, technical parameters, compliance requirements, certification support, and product selection.

7. Compensation
Compensation is performance-linked and based on actual business contribution, including opportunity development, customer acquisition, channel development, project advancement, and successful order conversion.
The incentive structure may include commission based on confirmed orders and actual business results. A more detailed cooperation and incentive structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
For suitable long-term partners, SolutionMall may also provide official cooperation authorization, platform support, product resources, documentation support, and continuous business development support.
