Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Russian Speaker located in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include providing customer support and service to Russian-speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also entails translating documents and communications, and maintaining clear and professional interaction with clients. The candidate will work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian (verbal and written) and proficiency in English for effective communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience in translation and interpretation between Russian and English
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience is a plus
