Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rockwork Foreman based in Abu Dhabi. The Rockwork Foreman will oversee and coordinate rockwork installation, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, managing heavy equipment operations, ensuring proper execution of carpentry and maintenance tasks, and fostering open and clear communication across teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage and oversee teams
• Experience operating and managing heavy equipment used in rockwork projects
• Well-developed communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in carpentry and familiarity with rockwork construction techniques
• Experience handling maintenance tasks related to construction projects
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and manage physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of workplace safety guidelines and regulations
• Prior experience in rockwork or similar construction fields is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in construction or a related field are a plus
