Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, determining their specific fitness goals and equipment needs.
Demonstrate the features, biomechanics, and build quality of our fitness machines.
Close sales, process transactions, and assist with financing or payment plans.
Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the shop floor to reflect a premium brand image.
Follow up with leads and maintain a client database for future sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fitness, or specialty equipment.
Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive selling skills.
Strong baseline knowledge of fitness, strength training, and gym equipment.
A professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset.
