*Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive in-store experience.
*Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
*Promote and sell the company’s products, including gold coins, gold ingots, and other available offerings.
*Explain product features, pricing, investment benefits, and current market information to customers.
*Achieve individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
*Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
*Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
*Ensure all customer information and sales transactions are properly recorded in the designated systems.
*Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
*Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and maintain branch appearance.
*Follow all company policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security guidelines.
*Stay updated on gold market trends, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
*Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs.
*Support branch operations and perform additional duties assigned by management.
