Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager based in Jounieh. The Restaurant Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality. Additional tasks include supervising and developing team members, managing customer satisfaction, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with management to optimize the dining experience. The role involves hiring, training, and engaging with staff to uphold the Crepaway spirit and deliver a top-tier dining experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Proficiency in Communication to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Experience in Hiring and team development to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and efficiency
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are a plus
