Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager based in Jounieh. The Restaurant Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage quality. Additional tasks include supervising and developing team members, managing customer satisfaction, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with management to optimize the dining experience. The role involves hiring, training, and engaging with staff to uphold the Crepaway spirit and deliver a top-tier dining experience.
