Restaurant Chef – Grills Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Junior Chef who’s hungry to learn, passionate about food, and ready to grow inside a fast-moving, creative kitchen.

👨‍🍳 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in preparing and cooking BBQ items with consistency and quality
• Support senior chefs during live BBQ setups, events, and activations
• Handle food prep (cutting, marinating, seasoning) with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and prep areas
• Help in setting up BBQ kits and ensuring everything is ready for the experience
• Learn different grilling techniques (charcoal, gas, smoking… the real deal 🔥)
• Contribute ideas to improve taste, presentation, and overall experience

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh grads are welcome!)
• Passion for cooking — especially BBQ & grilled food
• Willingness to learn and grow fast
• Ability to work under pressure during events
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible with working hours (events, weekends, outdoor setups)

• Have experience with grilling or outdoor cooking
• Love experimenting with flavors, sauces, and marinades

• Have worked in events, catering, or food startups
