Residential Compound and Leasing Manager Full Time NEW

Important Requirement: Candidates must have excellent English communication and writing skills and must currently be based in Riyadh.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Residential Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations, leasing activities, and overall performance of a residential compound in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in property management, tenant relations, facility operations, leasing, and team supervision. The Compound Manager will be responsible for increasing occupancy, improving resident satisfaction, supporting rental growth, and ensuring the property is professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the residential compound or building
• Manage leasing activities, property viewings, tenant follow-ups, and rental enquiries
• Follow up with potential tenants and corporate clients to convert enquiries into signed leases
• Monitor available units, occupancy levels, lease renewals, rental rates, and tenant turnover
• Handle resident enquiries, requests, complaints, and move-in and move-out procedures
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility services
• Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and service providers
• Conduct regular inspections of residential units, facilities, and common areas
• Ensure maintenance requests are completed properly and on time
• Improve the resident experience to support lease renewals and long-term occupancy
• Maintain accurate leasing, resident, maintenance, and operational records
• Prepare regular occupancy, leasing, revenue, and operational reports for management

Requirements:

• Must have excellent English communication and writing skills and currently be based in Riyadh
• Previous experience as a Residential Compound Manager, Property Manager, Leasing Manager, or in a similar role
• Proven experience in increasing occupancy and managing residential leasing activities
• Good knowledge of residential property and facility operations
• Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
• Previous experience managing an expat-friendly residential compound in Saudi Arabia is preferred
