Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Preparing invoices, contracts, and quotations, and following up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Management: Direct communication with customers to receive their orders and resolve their inquiries.
Data Analysis: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance targets.
Operational Coordination: Liaising between the external sales team and the warehouse, finance, and logistics departments.
System Updates: Recording and updating customer data.
