Reporting & Compliance Manager Full Time NEW

We are currently hiring for an exciting leadership opportunity with a prestigious entity in Riyadh, KSA for the position of Reporting & Compliance Manager.

We are specifically looking for professionals with:

• 12–15 years of total professional experience

• 5–7 years in reporting, compliance, governance, or project controls roles on large-scale developments

• Mandatory experience in hospitality/resort developments or complex real estate assets

• Owner-side, PMC, or client-representative experience in reporting governance and compliance management

• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and executive-level reporting

• Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills

• Advanced presentation and communication skills for executive and board-level audiences

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to enforce standards across multiple teams and consultants

• Working knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and document control systems

• High attention to detail with a strong governance mindset

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or similar is preferred
