You will play a key role in managing the BDC team, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and potential customers to achieve company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the BDC team to ensure high performance and achievement of key metrics.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, customer follow-up, and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze BDC metrics such as lead response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate data entry and timely updates to track customer interactions and leads.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Prepare regular reports on BDC performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance BDC operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a BDC or sales management role, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Negotiation Skills – Finding win-win deals that satisfy both the buyer and the company.

Work Schedule: (Lebanon time zone):

Monday to Friday, 04:00 PM: 01:00 AM. (1-hour Break)

Saturday OR Sunday (rotation basis) 4:00 PM-12:00 AM (30-min Break)
