We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support residential solar projects for a fast-growing US-based company operating across Texas.

If you’re someone who’s organized, proactive, and good at keeping things moving across different teams, this role puts you right at the center of execution.

About the role

You’ll act as a key point of contact between US-based clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across all project stages.

You’ll coordinate activities, track progress, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as projects move from sale to installation.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as a main coordination point between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project
• Coordinate daily project activities across sales, design, and installation teams
• Track project progress and keep systems updated
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized
• Support preparation of project files (site data, designs, approvals)
• Follow up with teams to keep timelines on track and resolve blockers
• Support project flow from confirmation to installation
• Maintain clear communication across clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Perform basic checks to ensure project details are accurate before execution.

What we’re looking for

Must have:

• Strong English fluency (spoken and written).

Core:

• Comfortable communicating with clients directly and representing the company professionally
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, and documentation tools
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working setup

• Fully remote (based in Jordan)
• Aligned with US working hours (Texas time zone).

Compensation

2+ years of experience: 750 – 850 JOD.
