Capital Career Club is a done-for-you job placement service based in Warsaw, Poland. We help international professionals land corporate jobs in Poland by running their entire job search for them — applications, recruiter outreach, and LinkedIn content. Our clients hand over their LinkedIn, their dedicated job-search email, and their strategy. We execute end to end. They show up to interviews. We make those interviews happen.
We are hiring one Remote Operations Manager to own the daily execution of 6 active job placement campaigns running simultaneously. This is a high-responsibility, detail-heavy role for someone who can manage moving parts, keep systems clean, follow SOPs, and make sure nothing slips.
You will manage each client as an active campaign. Each one has a target list, outreach pipeline, content plan, tracking sheet, and reporting cadence. Your job is to keep all 6 campaigns moving every day — applications sent, outreach completed, inboxes monitored, content approved and published, logs updated, and reports delivered on time.
You will use Claude AI and CCC templates to generate tailored cover letters, outreach messages, and LinkedIn posts quickly. Then you will send, log, track, and report with precision. We do not manage by screen time. We manage by results, accuracy, and follow-through.
Core responsibilities
Search for open roles using each client’s confirmed keywords and target company list.
Generate tailored cover letters and application answers in the client’s voice using Claude AI.
Submit applications through LinkedIn Easy Apply, Pracuj.pl, or direct company websites.
Log every application immediately in the tracking sheet with company, role, platform, method, status, and follow-up date.
Find recruiters, HR managers, and relevant employees at target companies.
Write and send personalised LinkedIn messages and email outreach in batches.
Follow up after 5 days where needed and log every touchpoint.
Draft LinkedIn posts based on each client’s Brand Content Brief and submit them for approval.
Publish only after written approval and handle basic engagement according to the guidelines.
Keep all 6 tracking sheets fully updated with no backlog.
Check each client inbox regularly and file replies, assessments, interviews, and offers into the correct folders.
Prepare weekly performance reports for all 6 clients every Friday before 17:00 Warsaw time.
Escalate immediately when a recruiter contacts a client directly, an interview is confirmed, an offer appears, a LinkedIn account is restricted, salary/visa/availability is discussed, or a client goes silent for 48 hours or more.
Daily targets
When all 6 accounts are live, the baseline expectations are approximately:
22 tailored applications per client per day.
10 to 12 personalised outreach messages per client per day.
1 LinkedIn post per client per workday, or at least 2 per week.
100% same-day logging.
6 weekly reports, delivered every Friday before 17:00 Warsaw time.
Requirements
Based in the Lebanon or a similar time zone with stable internet.
Strong written English.
Experience managing multiple client accounts, outreach workflows, or operations tasks.
Comfortable with Google Sheets and detailed SOPs.
Confident using AI tools, or ready to learn fast.
Highly organised, proactive, and reliable.
Schedule
Monday to Saturday.
Up to 8 hours per day.
All tasks completed by 18:00 Warsaw time.
Compensation
Months 1: around $400/month base during training and ramp-up.
From Month 3: base reviewed into the $600–$900 range depending on reliability and KPI performance.
Bonuses tied to confirmed interviews, accepted offers, and portfolio KPI performance.
