We are a successful international recruitment agency looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage diverse positions – including senior and tech, build strong client relationships, and deliver results independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to successful placement
- Manage and nurture client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner
- Work across industries and job functions – adaptability is key
- Take ownership of roles and drive the process forward with urgency and professionalism
- Collaborate with a supportive team while working independently
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience
- Proven success in managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with remote work, self-managed schedules, and performance-driven environments
- Fluent Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus
