Regulatory & Compliance Lawyer, Financial Services Full Time NEW

We are supporting a newly established UAE-based legal practice as it expands its Regulatory team, advising on financial services, fintech, and digital assets matters.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Lawyer with 3–6 years’ PQE and experience advising on financial services regulation, licensing, and compliance frameworks.

Key requirements:

• Financial services regulatory and compliance experience
• Exposure to UAE regulators such as DFSA, FSRA, and/or VARA preferred
• Fintech and/or digital assets experience an advantageous
• Strong drafting, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
