Compensation: Up to SAR 20,000 per month (inclusive of Performance Linked Incentive)

Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline

Experience: 12+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably within Process Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical Products, Switchgear, Industrial Solutions, or related sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and strengthening channel partner networks for industrial electrical and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, extensive experience in the Saudi industrial market, and proven success in managing distributors, consultants, utility stakeholders, EPC contractors, and end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Business Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA.
• Generate and convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand demand trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across distributors, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, EPCs, utilities, and industrial customers.
• Drive customer acquisition and penetration into new market segments.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and management meetings with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and engagement.
• Establish relationships with electrical consultants, utility authorities, oil & gas stakeholders, and industrial influencers to drive approvals and specifications.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.

Channel Partner Management

• Identify, evaluate, appoint, and manage channel partners and distributors across KSA.
• Monitor channel partner performance through regular reviews.
• Develop joint business plans and market strategies with partners.
• Drive channel-led growth initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain healthy channel relationships while ensuring balanced growth across partner networks.

Sales Operations & Coordination

• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D teams in India to ensure seamless order execution.
• Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
• Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and import/export requirements.
• Support product launches and new market development initiatives.

Revenue & Strategic Planning

• Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Prepare and execute long-term business development plans for the region.
• Monitor business performance and adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
• Drive collections and support reduction in accounts receivable days.

Team Leadership

• Set KPIs and performance goals for team members.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
• Identify training needs and drive skill development initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented sales culture.
