Overview
Xerox is seeking a Regional Manager – MENA to manage and support the operations of Xerox’s Regional Headquarters in Riyadh. This role will be responsible for coordinating business operations, regulatory compliance, transition planning, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing operational reporting across the MENA region.
The successful candidate will work closely with Xerox leadership, internal functions, external partners, and government stakeholders to ensure the Regional Headquarters operates effectively, remains compliant, and supports business continuity and growth across the region.
Role Purpose
The Regional Manager – MENA will be responsible for managing the Regional Headquarters of Xerox Exports Limited, including budget coordination, compliance strategy, service agreements, business coordination, regulatory requirements, employee deployment alignment, and operational reporting.
This role will also support transition and change management activities, ensuring that operational processes, workforce alignment, and governance requirements are successfully implemented and maintained.
