At Oximio, we are growing our presence in clinical trial logistics and are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who will actively drive this expansion — identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and turning market insight into business growth.
Your mission
You will play a key role in expanding our clinical services across Israel — identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key industry players, and turning strategy into tangible business results.
What you will be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Israeli clinical research landscape
- Build and manage relationships with CROs, sponsors, hospitals, and research institutions
- Drive go-to-market strategies for our services (IoR, logistics, depot solutions)
- Represent Oximio at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and client negotiations
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Regulatory, and Legal teams
- Manage pipeline, track performance, and deliver on growth targets
What we are looking for
- Experience in business development within clinical research, pharma, or healthcare
- Strong understanding of the Israeli clinical trials ecosystem
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, proactive mindset with a willingness to travel
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English proficiency
