Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Reels Creator who understands culture, storytelling, and how to create content that feels native to the platform. We’re looking for someone who can capture moments, turn ideas into engaging short-form content, and create visuals that connect with people in a fast and authentic way.
This role is for someone who lives on social media, understands trends beyond surface-level aesthetics, and knows how to create content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form video content
- Develop and execute reels concepts aligned with the brand’s tone and visual direction
- Capture and edit content for social media across different phases of the event journey
- Stay up to date with trends, formats, sounds, and platform behaviors
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to produce culturally relevant content
- Support live event coverage and behind-the-scenes storytelling when needed
- Deliver fast-turnaround content while maintaining quality and consistency
Requirements
- Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and social-first content
- A creative eye for framing, editing, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to create content that feels authentic, engaging, and platform-native
- Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Someone proactive, fast-moving, and creatively driven
- Ability to adapt quickly within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
