About the Role :
We are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to manage a team of recruiters, drive hiring performance, and deliver recruitment projects across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team to achieve hiring targets
- Build, train, and scale a recruitment team
- Ensure monthly hiring targets (volume hiring) are met
- Monitor performance and improve productivity
- Review candidate quality before submission
- Support team in closing challenging roles
- Coordinate hiring needs with management
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle
Targets & Performance :
- Achieve monthly targets (e.g., 50 hires)
- Maintain quality and retention
- Ensure consistent team delivery
Job Requirements:
- Experience as Team Leader or Senior Recruiter
- Background in mass/volume hiring
- Strong team management skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
Work Model:
- Freelance / Project-Based
- Commission-Based (Per Hire)
