Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist specializing in translation and localization. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for translators and interpreters, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additional responsibilities include onboarding new hires, providing training guidance, fostering strong communication channels, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a high standard of vendor quality and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and assessing candidates
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and evaluating talent suitability
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills for connecting with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Training and onboarding to ensure effective integration of new team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the language services or localization industry is a plus
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools will be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
