Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist for Blue Collars, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, playing a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier blue-collar talent. - Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, and recruit blue-collar candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist with personnel administration tasks as required, ensuring a smooth candidate and employee experience.
- Champion our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process.
- Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Recruitment, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office for efficient operations. A strong understanding of Personnel Management and specialized knowledge in Blue-Collar Recruitment are essential for success.

Job Requirements
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, particularly within the blue-collar sector.
- Required Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in Recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Solid understanding of Personnel Management and administrative processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting.
- Specialized experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
