Description:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Secretary to provide front-desk administration and executive support to senior management, including the CEO.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage front office duties
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
• Handle confidential documents with discretion
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as Receptionist, Executive Secretary, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
