Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Perform administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
– Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
– Provide support and information to staff and guests
– Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Good command of English
– Strong communication and computer skills
– Previous experience in reception or admin roles is a plus
