About the Role
We are currently seeking a Real Estate Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
You will be responsible for engaging property owners, initiating conversations and identifying leasing or rental opportunities. The role focuses on building trust quickly, qualifying leads and supporting the generation of high-quality property listings.
This is a communication-driven and performance-focused role for individuals who are confident, persuasive and results-oriented.
Who we are looking for?
- Fluent or native-level English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, or real estate preferred
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Highly target-driven, resilient and consistent performer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Professional mindset with strong work ethic and discipline
- Arabic speakers preferred but not mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an internal database of property owners
- Initiate conversations and introduce company services professionally
- Identify leasing and rental opportunities from property owners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners
- Support the team in generating high-quality property listings
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure consistent follow-ups
