Role Description We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Real Estate Administrator, you will manage property-related administrative tasks, assist with property lettings, maintain client relationships through excellent customer service, and support property management initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring that operations run efficiently, while also serving as a key point of contact for both clients and team members. Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and maintain real estate contracts and related documentation. Respond to client inquiries and build strong relationships with clients and agents. Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut and Property Finder portals. Oversee CRM data entry, ensuring accuracy and consistency of database records. Coordinate administrative support and maintain organized digital filing systems. Generate detailed reports using Excel for management review. Provide day-to-day office management support to ensure smooth operations. Must have requirements 6-12 Months of experience as a Real Estate Administrator or similar role. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in real estate administrative processes, especially contract drafting and management. Hands-on experience with Bayut and Property Finder property portals. Skilled in using Excel and comfortable with computer-based tasks. Knowledge and experience with CRM systems. Nice to have requirements Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Familiarity with other regional property portals and listing standards. Experience in a customer-facing environment. Basic knowledge of real estate legal compliance. Fluency in additional languages.
