Quantity Surveyor (QS) Mechanical Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Mechanical to manage all mechanical measurement, estimation and cost-control aspects of our ongoing technical services, the successful candidate will ensure accurate quantity take-offs, commercial evaluation and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise quantity take-offs, measurements and cost estimations for mechanical work scopes
• Analyze and evaluate mechanical drawings, specifications and project material variations
• Review, verify and process subcontractor invoices, client progress billings and timesheets
• Support the commercial team in preparing variation orders and regular financial progress reports

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related fiel
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor within industrial, Oil & Gas or Power project
• Strong proficiency in mechanical estimation software and advanced spreadsheet analysi
• Good communication and contract negotiation skills in English.
