- Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Support the team in drafting project documentation, reports, and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
- Collaborate on tender and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in site visits (virtually or as needed) to understand project scope and progress.
- Conduct research on material costs, labor rates, and construction methods.
- Contribute to the analysis of project variations and financial reports.
- Work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure project success.

Internship Requirements

- Required Skills:
