* Monitor daily operations across all departments (Training, Reception, Kids Area, GX, Pool, Spa, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
* Ensure all departments follow company policies and operational standards.
* Track and evaluate service quality and member experience.
* Monitor staff performance and adherence to procedures.
* Conduct member surveys and collect feedback after classes and services.
* Ensure members follow gym rules (dress code, no photography, facility usage rules).
* Handle violations professionally and document incidents when needed.
* Report operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on quality and performance.
* Identify repeated issues and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
* Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Control or Operations (preferably in gyms or wellness centers).
* Strong observation and attention to detail.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to handle multiple departments simultaneously.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekends.
