Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage quality, checking product expiry dates, ensuring health and hygiene standards are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards across restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in health and safety procedures and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect food and beverage quality to ensure company standards are met
- Check and monitor expiry dates of all products and ingredients
- Ensure restaurants follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Monitor food handling, storage, and cleanliness procedures
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen tools and food preparation equipment
- Monitor quality of materials received from suppliers
- Prepare daily or weekly quality reports
- Identify and report quality or safety issues
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare quality reports
- Ensure consistency in food presentation and beverage quality
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to improve quality performance
- Follow company policies and food safety standards
- Reduce waste and product loss through proper monitoring of stock and expiry dates
- Support continuous improvement in quality control processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in quality control, food safety, or health inspection
- Knowledge of health and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to monitor product quality and expiry dates accurately
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements
- Kurdish in addition to Arabic/English
