Role Description
Lead and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure products, services, and operational processes consistently meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, procedures, and performance metrics that support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor quality performance through audits, inspections, testing processes, and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive process optimization efforts. Provide leadership and guidance to quality teams while fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
