Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated QMS and Risk Management Manager with a strong background in quality management and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and implementing risk management processes to ensure compliance with international standards and industry regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively identify and mitigate risks, conduct audits, and ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality.
Job Purpose:
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Risk Management processes to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry regulations, identifying and mitigating risks across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001.
· Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
· Develop risk management frameworks and assess risks.
· Train staff on quality and risk management processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
· Optional Certifications: CQA, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, CMQ/OE,
CSTE, CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt.
Experience:
· 3+ years in QMS and risk management.
· Proven audit and risk assessment experience.
· Experience in manufacturing or high-tech preferred.
Skills:
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in quality management tools.
· Effective communication and time management.
