Job Description：

We are seeking a highly experienced QHSSE Manager to spearhead the evolution of our Integrated Management System (IMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive overhaul of our existing QHSSE framework—conducting rigorous gap analyses against the latest international standards—and ensuring our TIC services remain benchmark leaders in the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities：

• System Overhaul & Gap Analysis: Perform a deep-dive review of the existing QHSSE Manual. Identify and bridge gaps between current practices and the latest versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 17020/17025.
• IMS Documentation: Lead the drafting, updating, and streamlining of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure a cohesive “Digital Ecology” for asset management and service delivery.
• Operational Implementation: Drive the rollout of the updated system across all business units, ensuring that field-level NDT and inspection teams operate in full compliance with global safety and quality benchmarks.
• Audit & Compliance: Establish and execute a robust internal audit schedule. Lead the preparation for external certification bodies and client audits (O&G Operators or major EPCs).
• Risk Management: Develop advanced risk assessment protocols specifically for high-risk O&G environments, including radiation safety for NDT and pressure vessel inspection safety.
• Culture & Leadership: Foster a proactive “Safety First” culture through continuous training, workshops, and high-level reporting on QHSSE KPIs to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QHSE Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in QHSSE, with at least 5 years specifically within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry.
• Standards Expertise: Proven track record in implementing ISO/IEC 17020 (Inspection Body) and ISO/IEC 17025 (Testing/Calibration) is mandatory.
• Certifications: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001/45001. NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, RT, MPI, LPI) and industrial inspection standards (API, ASME, AWS).

Preferred Competencies

• Ability to integrate digital/AI-driven reporting tools into traditional QHSSE workflows.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with international investors and high-level stakeholders.
• Experience with the Amoeba Management System or similar decentralized accountability models is a significant plus.
