Job Description
- Review and update test projects in accordance with international requirements and submit them to the Department Head for approval.
- Ensure adherence to international quality codes and standards.
- Assign and oversee quality inspectors to verify work effectiveness in alignment with departmental requirements, product quality, and microphone standards.
- Monitor quality activities within the production team and coordinate with relevant departments to address any quality violations or deviations.
- Manage quality inspection activities, including violation reports, and handle non-conformities with specifications.
- Follow up on customer complaints and non-compliance reports (NCRs) in coordination with relevant departments and the direct manager to ensure timely resolution.
- Direct and evaluate team performance in accordance with assigned tasks and the monthly incentive program.
- Ensure compliance with 5S principles, occupational health, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years preferably in similar industry.
