Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for a Tree Holding Facility project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining the highest standards throughout the design review and construction supervision phases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
• Oversee all QA/QC activities during design review and construction supervision.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and international quality standards.
• Review design documents, drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to approved quality procedures.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and management review documentation.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality excellence across the project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in design review and construction supervision projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards, including ISO 9001.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, landscaping, or facility development projects is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Quality Management will be an added advantage.
• Nationality open to all; candidates from India and Pakistan are preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
