Job Description
- Source and purchase indirect materials and services according to department requirements.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers to achieve best value.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and support operational needs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement in indirect procurement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 –3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect materials or services.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and indirect sourcing categories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
