Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling government-related processes in Saudi Arabia and be confident working with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Balady, Jawazat, and the Saudi Business Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client documentation, including Iqama renewals, work permits, visa processing, transfers, and exit/re-entry procedures.

Handle company registrations, license renewals, and other government-related requirements.

Coordinate with relevant government authorities and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of PRO experience in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi government portals and processes.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
