Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Officer position located in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities including customer service, communication with clients, administrative tasks, and coordination of processes relating to Golden Visa applications and UAE company formation. The role demands maintaining professional relationships with clients, preparing official documents, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting seamless office operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients.
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration capabilities for organizing records, handling documentation, and coordinating tasks.
• Basic understanding of Accounting to process relevant financial documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of Golden Visa requirements and UAE company formation processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
