Scope Of Work
Under the supervision of the Integrated Protection Manager and the Senior Protection Officers, the facilitator will be responsible for conducting field activities inside and outside collective shelters where IDPs and affected populations reside. The facilitator will serve as IRC’s frontline in their respective areas. He/She will be supporting the protection team in delivering emergency protection activities at the respective sites allocated to them.
IRC will provide the facilitator with the necessary tools needed for the implementation, in addition to the capacity building trainings and coaching sessions.
