Property Maintenance Manager / Operations Coordinator Full Time NEW

The Property Maintenance Manager / Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing property maintenance operations, facility coordination, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure buildings and assets remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role focuses on maintenance planning, vendor coordination, operational support, compliance management, and service quality while supporting efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing property maintenance operations, repair schedules, and facility support activities
• Coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance programs
• Monitoring maintenance KPIs, operational performance metrics, and facility service quality standards
• Collaborating with property management, engineering, security, finance, and vendor teams on operational requirements
• Managing vendor relationships, contractor coordination, procurement support, and maintenance service agreements
• Supporting property inspections, asset tracking, and maintenance documentation management
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and operational governance policies
• Preparing maintenance reports, operational updates, and facility performance analysis for management review
• Handling issue resolution, tenant concerns, and escalation management related to property operations
• Driving process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Supporting budgeting coordination, inventory management, and operational planning activities
• Assisting with renovation projects, building upgrades, and business continuity planning initiatives where applicable

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities operations, building management, or operational coordination roles
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, property operations, and facility management practices
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance schedules, and operational reporting systems
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, ERP platforms, and maintenance tracking tools is advantageous
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and maintenance activities effectively
• Strong safety awareness and customer-focused mindset
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, or industrial property environments is an advantage
