Job Summary:
The Projects Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth through large-scale projects, managing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and company objectives.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project sales strategies in line with company goals and growth plans.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and governmental projects.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from project identification and specification to negotiation and contract award.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
* Follow up on project tenders, specifications, and bidding opportunities.
* Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management review.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the projects sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
* Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings to promote the company’s products and services.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
### Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7–10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in wooden doors, architectural wood products, or interior finishing.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing large-scale projects.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
* Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
