Shades Systems Contracting Company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bringing serious on-hand projects, following up with potential clients, closing deals, and contributing to achieving the company’s annual sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
Search for and identify new potential clients in the construction, contracting, real estate, industrial, commercial, and governmental sectors.
Generate qualified leads and bring serious on-hand projects related to car parking shades, shading systems, steel structures, and related contracting works.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
Follow up with clients regularly through calls, emails, WhatsApp, meetings, and site visits.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with the estimation, technical, and operations teams.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate with clients and work to close deals professionally.
Track all sales activities, opportunities, and client communication.
Submit regular sales reports including leads, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, expected closing dates, and project status.
Contribute to achieving the company’s annual sales target and support overall business growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in contracting, construction, steel structures, shading systems, or related B2B industries.
Strong ability to search for new clients and generate real business opportunities.
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand project requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
Presentable, professional, and target-oriented.
Must have a valid driving license.
Must have his own car.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Has existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or project owners.
Experienced in project-based sales and tender/RFQ follow-up.
Able to work independently and bring new opportunities to the company.
Strong closer with the ability to convert leads into signed contracts or purchase orders.
Main Objective of the Role:
To bring new serious projects, follow up with clients professionally, close deals, and actively contribute to achieving the annual sales target of Shades Systems Contracting Company.
